Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Keek Marketing, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with both our services and digital products. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Cancellations (Services)
- Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements by providing a minimum of 14 days’ written notice, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
- For project-based work, cancellations requested after commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, based on the percentage of work completed.
- Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the new billing cycle has started, but clients may cancel future renewals with appropriate notice as per agreement.
2. Refunds (Services)
Refunds for services are only provided under the following circumstances:
- The service has not commenced, and a cancellation request is received within 3 business days of payment.
- Keek Marketing is unable to deliver the services as outlined in the signed contract or scope of work (after all reasonable resolution steps have been taken).
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Dissatisfaction due to change in client goals or strategy mid-project.
- Delays or non-performance resulting from client-side hold-ups (e.g., content delays, missed approvals).
- Work already completed, reviewed, or delivered.
3. Refunds (Digital Products)
- All digital product purchases (e.g., templates, toolkits, eBooks, guides) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Strategy or consultation sessions once delivered.
- Social media calendars or ad campaigns once initiated.
- Third-party subscriptions or tools purchased on your behalf.
- Customized digital products or brand-specific resources.
5. Dispute Resolution

6. Policy Modifications
Keek Marketing reserves the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients and will take effect in the next billing cycle or upon the next product purchase.
